A receipt is a document acknowledging that payment has been made for items purchased. While Shopee does not provide an official receipt or invoice, you can refer to the following documents as proof of purchase, based on the payment method used for your order:
1. ShopeePay
Refer to your ShopeePay payment history as proof of transaction.
2. Google Pay
Refer to your Google Pay transaction history as proof of transaction.
3. Other payment methods
You will receive an Order Confirmation Email (OCE) within 24 hours after successfully placing your order. The OCE is sent automatically to your Shopee-verified email address, kindly check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox.

To toggle on the Order Update for Email Notification, go to the setting ⚙ > Notifications Settings > Email Notifications > Use toggles to enable/disable the Order Updates.
